Little bit disappointed.

Summary: Nice game overall, but online is dead (or never been alive, to start with). I bought this game for multiplayer, more than campaign, and I was disappointed. My suggestion is: if you are a PainKiller nostalgic, try this game in single player. If you are looking for an Unreal Tournament / Quake 3 Arena like game, don't buy this. You'll get disappointed like I am. 3/5 (just because it's PainKiller!
Summary: Upon seeing this game, you already know it is one of those under the radar games that nobody knows about or plays, this of course had me intrigued as i am a fan of dark gothic settings and i hadn't played an old school shooter before so i thought it was worth a try, these are my results. The game markets itself as a trigger happy bouncy old school fps with a metal soundtrack which transitions during battle.
Summary: Had fun playing this game but it's very basic (just shoot stuff, collect ammo then move onto next level). But I have to say it seems like a very short game. What there is of it is fun but there's only 13 or so levels & takes no time to play through. It's also weird that in the special edition you get an "art of the game" book which shows lots of creepy characters (drowned sailor, toxic hazard zombie, butcher, Frankenstein etc) and none of these are in the game.
