awesome open world although dated graphics

Summary: was sceptical due the bad or mediocre review about this game. But I really enjoyed flashpoint red river & got this game. At first the game look cheap graphically & controls for running & gunning took some getting used to. But i played the short special missions first to get a grip on the controls.
Summary: I will say this is an amazing fps combat sim. The level of realism is set above and beyond most anything else released. If you are looking for the next thing to top COD-style fast action, this is not what you're looking for.
Summary: I purchased a PS3 mainly because of Netflix and HD movies. But the gaming option is a nice plus. Honestly I don't play games since years because I just don't have enough time. And some games are addictive, real time wasters.
Summary: First let me start with what you wont find in this game 1. Enemies popping out everytime from everywhere waiting to be shot 2. Easily getting revived when shot on whichever part of your body What you will find in this game is The closest you would get to actual war simulation.
Summary: This Game is Outstanding it will take you into the Tactical real feel of war also go where you like with free range Play , this game is not a run out and shoot it up game you will need to think How often do you want to die? For Multiplayer online you should truely use a HeadSet, Earforce P21 [...]
Summary: Reading some of the negative reviews and then playing this game I almost wonder if we're dealing with the same piece of software. Yes a few more save points would be nice but apart from that I really feel this game is something close to a masterpiece.
UNDER RATED.....FULL OF ACTION, AND WILL MAKE YOU THINK!

Summary: Let me begin by saying this..."Flashpoint" is not a run and gun game. More accurately described as "one shot, one kill". The realism is amazing, being tactical will make you successful. I have yet to complete the game, but far enough into it to provide a fair review.
Summary: Flashpoint is and always will be the best infantry sim ever created. I played the original Flashpoint on PC and was blown away with the realism. When they released it for the Xbox I was skeptical and found it to be junk compared to the PC version.
