Summary: I have to admit that I bought this game from [insert that auction website here], but I wanted to warn anybody who wants to go back (in 2015 or later) and try this entry in the NHL 2K franchise that it may be completely broken for PS3 at this point.
Now I Understand Why 2K Withdrew From The Hockey Market.
16 August 2014
Summary: When I played the Playstation 2 version of , I said it was an appropriate send off to the franchise since that was the final game of the sixth gen consoles (giving it 5 stars for fun and 4 stars overall.
Summary: The graphics are not tremendous. The announcing is horrible. that said, the gameplay is fast and fun. I have EA version, and the graphics and play by play are much better, but the gameplay is not as action packed. this offers much more end to end play, so I actually would recommend this over EA.
Summary: Now I don't know what frustrates me more, the NHL lockout or NHL 2Krap10! I was looking for something different when it comes to hockey vid games and I thought why not try out NHL2k10? The only plus in all of this is since it's an older game I didn't pay that much for it, thankfully!
Summary: This game had so much for it, but there a few flaws in the menu areas. The graphics aren't bad and in fact they were better than I expected. The controls are easy to get used to and I think they might be the same as ones in the EA Sports HHL game.
Summary: I'm not going to spend much time on this review. Basically I really like the game, but it has a lot of bugs. 2K sports announced there would be no patch for NHL2K10 for the PS3. So if you want a bug-filled good game, get it.
