Summary: Pretty standard as far as NHL games go. You pretty much know what you are getting. I hadn't played EA NHL since 2006, and there were certainly some improvements made to the game in those four years.
Summary: It's OK...not as good as it was in older versions. Not sure if this is because I am playing it on my PS3, which is not as good a version as the PC versions. This version actually turned me off playing the EA hockey...so I guess that says something.
Summary: This game is now 4 years old... Save your money or buy a more up to date version. Not saying the latest and greatest is always the best, I just find it more fun to have up to date rosters for my teams
Summary: NHL 10 is by far my favorite NHL game that I have played. Spending over 100 (maybe even 200+) hours in the game means to me that it was excellently done. Of course, the graphics aren't the best and it has it's flaws, but I love the feel to this game.
Summary: the game speed is what makes all the difference...08 and 09 are a good pace but nhl 10 has the best game speed to graphics to stat-to-play realness 11, 12, and 13 all slow down in game play which makes them more realistic but takes away from some of the intensity of gameplay
