Summary: This is easily the most addictive of the EA Sports Madden-like games. In it's primary feature, the game simulates 22 years of a head coaching / general manager career. You will need a little bit of time to understand all the screens and interfaces but soon enough you will find them to be second nature.
Summary: I loved the original NFL Head Coach game I own it on PS2 and PC I played it for hours and hours once I heard about this sequel I was alittle worried about how it would be could it top NFL Head Coach. It did in my opinion its really more detailed. Of course it has its flaws like any other game (Glitches and such) but I LOVE this game I bought it here on Amazon back in Feb. of 2011 and I just recently got it back out to play and fell in love with it again...
Summary: Playing for several hours a day, a season should take you a couple weeks minimum. This is not an action filled game. While there are some flaws, you definitely get a feeling of accomplishment after putting together the right team and going on an extended winning streak without cheating. This is especially true if you start with a bad team, like I did with the 49ers.
Summary: Thought this game was going to be a lot funner than what it was, I would be willing to sell it for a couple bucks. Not even sure if I could that for it anyways. Definitely not worth the money.
Summary: My wife picked this up in the bargin bin for me. I played it for a few days but returned it. The good is that it has about the best off-season mode of any EA game to date. The bad is that you don't get to control the players and the graphics are on the level of Madden 95. So what's the point of having a football game if you can't play football? Back to the store it went.
Summary: This is a very nice game for the PS3. However, if you're looking for amazing graphics, or light gameplay, I wouldn't recommend it. The major downside for me is that it is a VERY hard challenge. I mean, frustrating hard, not rewarding hard. Of course, I'm talking about factory settings, which can be adjusted. Apart from that, the title is a great fun for people who find the "Manager Mode" in the regular Madden franchise to be a bit shallow.
Summary: When I saw the features list for Head Coach 09, I got excited. Most of this stuff (that they refuse to put in Madden for some reason) is great, and I think this is the most realistic and truest to life Football game made. That being said, It has major flaws. While they added quite a few new features, I feel it's a downgrade from the original Head Coach. There are many glitches that make the game nearly unplayable.
Summary: I bought this game for my husband because he loves the statistics part of baseball, football, etc. He was having lots of fun and, after 2 hours of setting it up, the game just froze. He invested 2 more hours of his time by redoing the whole thing, and the game froze again. Not sure what the problem is. The game was so cheap that if we returned it according to the return policy, we would be losing money. We kept it but won't use it.
