Summary: The game arrived with out any problems and is as listed. The gameplay sucks horribly. It becomes repetitive to the point my 11yo sister could name when and where and what time demons would be appearing. The final boss spams Insane difficulty attacks under easy mode. There is no way to dodge said attacks.
Summary: I was pretty hyped up for it before it was released, but after all the terrible reviews, I waited quite a while to buy it. It's pretty repetitive, but its a cool story and its still kinda fun. Worth $15 for another game to play.
Summary: I liked this game up to a point. The novelty of the game is that you are blown into pieces when you take a hit, so you have to try and roll over those pieces to reattach them. The guns are pretty underpowered.... you'll have to put many bullets into most creatures to take them down, so I finally just gave up and hacked everything with my blade. I found the last boss to be more frustrating than it was worth, so I gave up at that point.
Summary: NeverDead is a hack and slash dark comedy action title by Konami and Rebellion Development. NeverDead's lead is an immortal Demon Hunter named Bryce Boltzman and with him his partner Arcadia Maxamille. Together they hunt demons all the while Bryce searches for the demon who took his lover, and his mortality. NeverDead's gameplay is an interesting blend of hack and slash, shooting, and puzzle solving to some degree. The charm comes in the fact that Bryce can't die.
Summary: this game was original thats for sure. it had its moments. but the 1 thing that really screwed this game up was the fact that any little hit the main character of the game gets, he goes to pieces. any battle big or small, u would prob be spending more time trying 2 put urself back 2gether then actually fighting.
Summary: I bought Neverdead after watching the trailers and thinking it was a pretty neat concept. Most mainstream reviews hated this game, which made me worry. It's also made by Rebellion, which has a pretty sketchy past when it comes to development. The heart and soul of this game is the dismemberment feature, be it for solving puzzles or using your limbs in different means for combat. It makes sense in a way.
Summary: I was hesitant to get this after the reviews, but after playing through the first level I'm not mad that I did. It is no Skyrim or batman by any means but the theme is cool and it is different than all the other games in this genre that I have played. If you liked shadows of the damned, you will like this game. If you have 60 bucks to blow, this is good filler until kingdoms of amalar comes out next week. And contrary to another reviewer...
Summary: Great fun once you get in to the swing of the combat. It flows nicely and the
mayhem never seem to let up. A charismatic main character with nice banter
between his “handler” keep the laughs coming as well.
