Need for Problems

John Dandell, Amazon
11 January 2012
  • Summary: This game has some problems. There is something wrong with the difficulty curve. I am a decent driver and was not able to get close to passing some courses even after 20+ retries on hard mode.

  • Summary: Going from Gran Turismo 5 and Hot Pursuit to "The Run." This is the problem with Run: Controls, Changing vehicles. Those two huge aspects make this game not worth buying. I would go with Gran Turismo 5, way more deepth more of a challenge and fun at that.

EA Still Not Living Up To Underground 2s Brilliance

567andysh..., Ciao
27 February 2012
  • Excerpt: From all the advertising this looks like a fantastic game where players race across somewhere. Its not. The races are okay, but after you've done them all, there isn't anything else to do. No side missions or cruising mode or police chases.
  • Pros: High Speed Intense Races and Hot Cars
  • Cons: Not Enough Cars, Limited Life

I don't like it.

A.S. Darkly, Amazon
11 January 2012
  • Summary: I don't understand why this game is worse than NFS: Hot Pursuit. That game was a very good arcade racer. This isn't. You feel like you're playing partly controllable cutscenes throughout the game. I know it's an arcade racer, but the handling of the cars is just horrible.

Not in the same league as other Need for Speed's!

CamperVanDaz, Amazon
11 January 2012
  • Summary: This game is okay, I not gonna slate it and say it is complete rubbish. I just want to make those players of other need for speed games aware that this is not as good as previous titles. Its biggest drawback is the lack of free will that I have come to expect in need for speed titles.

William, Amazon
11 January 2012
  • Summary: Need For Speed Hot Pursuit was an outstanding racing game, it just felt so good, it looked amazing and it was so gorgeously fast. How then did the follow-up manage to fail so completely?
