Summary: This is the "Only NFS Game" I like!!! It's got Drift,Grip,Drag & Speed.... I never get bored of this game but at the first time playing this game it would get stuck on loading screens and I had to turn of the console then turn it on, two weeks had passed and the game was starting to improve. Maybe the console needed to get use to it.
Beautiful graphics, great auto sounds, nice selection of cars, but repetitive tracks...

Summary: This is one of those games that has many nice qualities but a few key frustrating ones as well. On the positive side, the game graphics and details are very nice. The cars look nice, the cars sound nice and the tracks are pretty well designed as well, detail-wise I mean. Plus I really like how you can choose specific colors, wheels, hood scoops, etc. and make very specific upgrades to your automobiles.
Summary: Just picked this up recently for real cheap I heard alot of negative reaction due to the shift from street racing, cop chases and what not to organized racing. But I believe EA knew that the street racing scene is and was getting old; NFS carbon was average at best. This game is quite fun I found the racing to be relaxing and very goal oriented(I'm always going back to old "race days" to beat my records) career mode is pretty good the story is not over the top as the...
Summary: Need for Speed took a very different direction with this particular installment. There were no police chases, no city streets, and the cover for all of this (that Ryan Cooper is trying to go legit) is rubbed in your face at every race day. Does that make this a terrible game? No! It is however called, "Pro-Street" which should indicate that it isn't about canyon battles, outrunning the police, or re: later in the series - going undercover.
Summary: I was looking at need for speed undercover when I found this game. I read a few reviews, and a lot of people don't like this game to well. Anyway, I think if your like me and just want to race without all of the extra bull like running from the cops or smashing through billboards for nothing then this is your game. It has a variety of tracks and cars. The online shines in this game. Simply hop in a race and do you're thing and have fun.
Summary: Everyone seems to be hating on this new Need For Speed, but I think it's finally evolved into a real game, and I'm glad for it. Reviewers complain about removing the free-roam segment of the game. Frankly, the free-roam was overrated to begin with. Half the time I just skipped to the events anyway. It also sponsored and glamorized illegal street-racing, and (contrary to the opinions of many of the poseurs that play video games) that's not a good thing.
Summary: Ok, I just rented this game today just to give it a shot. I played the demo on the PS Store, found it rather bland. Therefore, I wanted to try the game just for kicks and giggles. Customization is fun, almost mind-boggling the different layers and colors you can lay on these cars. The cars look fantastic.
Summary: Being such hardcore fan of the series, would not sound fair to hear this review. But, this time, I have complaints. Maybe because PS3's career has barely started, maybe because the developers are still enjoying from the previous NFS games enormous success, this was not exactly what i've expected. At least for the price we are forced to pay.
Excerpt: "...that this is in the Need for Speed series. In my personal experience, Need for Speed is all about street racing, not about perfectly legit track races. But actually, that's the only disappointment this game brought me. If you're not into Need for Speed games, but you do like races on a racetrack, then this might be what you are looking for. The graphics are good, I can honestly say that the cars were nicely done. The sound effects were not misplaced ...
Pros: A bit more realistic than the previous games .
