Summary: I liked this game of NCAA Football 08 on the PlayStation 3 verison, I did played the PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360 verisons of the game was great. The sounds is the same, commentary is still great with ESPN College Football announcers: Brad Nessler, Kirk Herbstriet and Lee Croso.
Summary: I've been buying all of the NCAA Football games for the past 2 years. This one for the PS3 was great with the exception of 2 things. 1. Having 60fps would have been much better than the 30fps. 2. I miss the home crowd effects from previous years and momentum builders. I think they are bringing it back for 09, but it really makes the game more exciting. The graphics get better and better each year. To me, this is a must have for college football fans.
Summary: I bought this game despite the negative reviews and low star rating. Not sure what the fuss is all about - this is a solid game - the gameplay is fantastic and the player rankings is excellent in terms of speed and overall ability - someone at EA did some serious research to provide all the information on the players Download the player names from ebay (paid only $3.00) and you got a great game.
Great Next Gen 1st time offering with some ridiculous flaws

Summary: NCAA Football 08 is a great 1st time offering on the PS3 despite some ridiculous flaws. First off, i see a lot of complaints about turnovers and i have my share of them but it's not the game's fault for this and is the players fault. I have played about 50 games and every one of my interceptions was my fault throwing into coverage or throwing it up for grabs to avoid a sack.
Summary: It's hard to ding this game because it's always my favorite game every year. But, I bought a PS3 for the 1080p capability, and I'm getting annoyed that all EA's games only have 720p graphics. They better have 1080p by the NCAA 09 release next year. That said the graphics are quite good but only an incremental improvement over Madden 07 for PS3. I like the new menus for choosing plays. But, that ask Corso think needs to go. Retire it already. Who actually uses that?
Summary: I've been enjoying this franchise on PS2 for many seasons, so I've been looking forward to the PS3 version all year. This game is really a ground-up redesign. Some major changes: *Only one camera is available for actually playing, although several are available for intant replays. The game camera is similar to the default angle for the previous games in the series, but with slightly better down-field vision.
