Summary: I remember the original 2 NBA Street games were really fun and customizeable, however, this new one wasn't what I was expecting. It's more of a simplistic version of the old ones with slightly better graphics. You can only play from 3 profiles and your created characters can't all play on the same team. I wasn't extremely pleased.
Average but could have been something great with a few minor adjustments

Summary: Very Fun game. Unlike Part 2 that took some level of skill to perform crossovers this one seems very easy to just spam the trick button. Its almost impossible to steal the ball. Due to the lack of skill needed to be good im giving it 3 out of 5 stars. This game is mainly aimed at the younger generation for sure compaired to the earlier series. If you like very easy simple controls and nba jam style sports then you will love this game.
Summary: It's a good play. Moves are a little hard to master. Speed is a bit slow and it takes some time to build up your skill levels for you attributes. Still enjoyable to play and not made I purchased it.
Summary: I like the basketball fields and the players talking to each others, I hate that it has too many fantasy. It's a street basketball game, not Final Fantasy. I know they do have fantasy, but this one went too far.
Summary: Dissapointed at first, but that's because I am still getting use to the controls. Overall, it's what I expected from a street ball game that incorporates super-human abilities. Bought it cheap, so I can't complain too much...great graphics nonetheless.
Summary: NBA 09: The Inside is an average basketball simulation. The Best part of this game is The Life which is average. The 3 stories are good stories but you don't do much to prove yourself to anybody in my opinion. (Especially in Story 3) With the big man ascension you aren't even required to do anything in his first in game appearance because your team is already in the lead. The Point guard and swing man stories are very good.
Summary: If you're looking for an arcade basketball game, this is it. If you haven't played an NBA Street before, they are some of the most quality arcade basketball games on the market. Gameplay consists of many tricks and maneuvers to gain points and there is a lot of dunking involved. The game isn't realistic to any degree, but is a lot of fun to play co-operatively or competitively.
