Summary: It is disapointing that NBA 2K11 doesn't fully support PS move controls. It doesn't support the navigation controller, instead you have to use the dualshock control on your left hand, making it very unconfortable to play. Also the game navigation (menus) is complicated and cumbersome. If you buy it, buy thinking to play it with the dualshock, not waste money buying as a PS move compatible game.
Summary: This game overall is bad. Great ideas but no fun and game seems slow. Players the should jet down court are slow. Players who have an open dunk or layup will stop mid run and shoot it only to miss. CPU players play darn near perfect defense and u only score when a player gets hung up on another. Personally i liked nba live dribbling much more. It allowed u to take over a game... this games dribbling does nothing but drain ur sprint meter.
Summary: I've had the opportunity to play PS3 games in 3D. I've also played some games that use the Playstation Move. When I saw the opportunity to use both at the same time, I got excited. An hour later, I had given up on the gimmicks. 2K Sports dropped the ball on this one. As far as basketball games go, I am a novice, having not picked an NBA title since Midway put out NBA Jam Tournament Edition for the Sega Genesis. A lot has changed since then besides the rosters.
Summary: I have to admit this is the first NBA 2k series that I've ever played. I used to play NBA live but because of Jordan, I tried this one out. However, I have to say I'm disappointed. There are too many cut scenes that you cannot avoid. For some that you can skip, you can only do so after a few seconds into it. It is wasting too much of my time to play just one game. This time wasting is just too "costly" for someone who has limited play time. The control is awkward.
