Summary: This game isn't as good as I thought it would be. I bought it the other day, not knowing that after the newer version is released that you can't update the rosters anymore. Well I guess its not really the game's fault but rather mine.
Summary: have not played it a bunch but it seems very hard. lot of buttons to push for some of the moves. i think it will be ok if i get the time to lear all the moves but for now its just average for me
Summary: It is a great simulation which is why I said it was average and not below average. The spotlight on the nuances of the game and some of the extras like creating your own player are cool. And the player faces look so real! But the gameplay is...okay. The first thing I had to do was speed the game up.
Summary: The game plays, once you hash around and try to figure out settings on your own. The user manual contains only controls and bloody little about them. It contains nothing at all about game and profile setup, which, even after making our way through it, still continues to be a challenge.
Summary: Nothing special. 2K just barely beat out Live this year for me. Only problem is 2K is falling while Live is getting better. Way too many problems in the beginning. Still many problems with gameplay. Hate the new menu they implemented this year.
Summary: I've been a 2k guy with bball since 2k5. I've been pleased with them so far, but I always like to see customer reviews before I buy any game and for the most part it helps me out. But for this particular game the posts are so back and forth, I have no clue whether to go with 2k or live.
Summary: This game is so large that is is difficult to offer a concise review without missing something. Franchise (draft or play as your fave team), My Player (is broken) and online are all there and playable.
Summary: Ok, I have played both Live 10 and NBA 2k10 and I can tell you from experience that NBA Live 10 is a much better game than 2k9, I mean 2k10. I guess that it's easy to make that mistake since 2k10 is basically 2k9 with just new presentation graphics, after the wow factor leaves, it's the exact same...
Summary: Someone in a previous post mentioned something about it being a repackaged 2k9 and they are EXACTLY right. I must say that it is disappointing due to all the trouble that 2k9 came with. I really expected 2k to do better... The gameplay is still far too computer controlled.
Too much attention to presentation, not nearly enough attention on gameplay

Summary: 2K and Live b-ball hasn't been a contest in the last few years, as 2K has always been the one to buy. I was really hyped up for this year's version, especially after the amazing trailers. Unfortunately, 2K Sports released an unfinished game full of glitches to meet the deadline.
