Good arcadey action

Summary: Motorstorm is a great arcade game. In my opinion it is offroad ACTION, and less of a racer. I know ACTION doesn't seem befitting of a game in which you drive, but there are too many problems to call it a real racer.
Visually stunning but frustratingly tedious single player mode

Summary: Most racing games are the same, learn the controls, memorize the tracks, practice using different vehicles and learn to utilize each one. This one is no different and the terrain is stunning to look at when racing, but it doesn't make up for the really hard AI in the later levels and the loose...
Summary: I have to say, this is probably the most frustrating game I have ever played (together with the first Motorstorm game). This frustration is born out of the parts of the game which are supposed to make it fun, which is confusing.
Summary: Motorstorm: PR does a lot of things right. Its got amazing graphics, beautiful sights, exciting tracks with fantastic jumps and lots of different routes to take and discover. It has a decent number of different vehicles for each class, with nice colors and models.
Summary: Motorstorm: Pacific Rift is the follow up to the original Motorstorm game which I have never played but I have enjoyed Pacific Rift since I got it. If you have never played a Motorstorm game, then they are vehicle racing games but the difference is all the racing is off road.
Summary: If you are like me - a big fan of Burnout or ramming people in Gran Turismo - then you are gonna love this. It's got a good mix of vehicles, some brilliant tracks, no lag online, a great rap-less sound track (including Queens of the stone age!
Conclusion: Very impressive graphics, but it all goes away when you crash for the gazzilionth time because your car grinded a bit of paint off a wall corner. If you want to win you have to play perfect every time. You have to have nerves of steel to finish this one. Nice vehicle variety though.
