Summary: I like this game because has new destructible environments, vehicles and physics. I also can play with up to 4 players in split screen with no dropping frame rate. It has great graphics but the gameplay is what stands up because of excellent vehicle control. The only con I found is that if you hit anything even small objects and you crash immediately.
Summary: As with all racing games, I don't think this is worth over $15. It's fun and chaotic, but action/arcade racing games in general lack content. This is a great game to burn up your boredom with, but not much more.
Summary: If I could only have one PS3 Motor Storm game, or if someone asked me which of the three they should get, I'd have to go with . It took all the aspects that made the first Motor Storm such a fun and gorgeous looking game and made it better. Motor Storm: Apocalypse is good - I don't regret getting it, but it is significantly different from the first two games, which were based on fanciful off-road tracks carved out of Mother Nature's most treacherous locals.
Summary: If you are considering buying this game...PLEASE READ. First of all, the game is beautiful, and some of the stages are great. Driving under the mist and spit of a water spout, feeling yourself float as a suspension bridge collapses with you on it, are GREAT moments. As good as the game looks though, I felt something lacking. And as a motorstorm veteran, I feel I must address them.
