Summary: Mortal Kombat or MK9 is a pretty fun fighting game. I've always been a huge Mortal Kombat nerd. I enjoyed the game, but online portion is kinda pointless. Too much spamming, but what do you expect on a fighting game? Plus, it's hard to find people to join sessions sometimes. But the main story, to me, was excellent and all the characters are special and look great.
Excerpt: This game was a lot of fun for me. It was a great tribute to the Mortal Kombat games from the 90s, offered a lot of new views and twists to the game's original "storyline", and added some really good elements. My only real complaint is that some of the enemies and special fights are too... Gimmicky. Or they require basically spamming only a few moves over and over again in order to defeat the enemy/beat the special fight.
Summary: While I'm sure some people wouldn't mind, or even like it, I was disappointed when I got my Komplete edition to learn that every unlockable and mission is unlocked from the very start in this edition. So there is no point to the Krypt or gathering coins in the game and for me it was disappointing.

I have fond memories of inserting the original Mortal Kombat cartridge into my sega megadrive in the early nineties, frantically entering the blood cheat code (DULLARD), before being entertained for hours on end at the simulated...
Summary: i like everything about the only thing i dont like is when fighting in 1 player it doesnt let you choose who u wanna fight but other than that good game. also the it came with a movie and music album codes i was looking forward to seeing the movie but the code expired last new year (12-31-12), i didnt try the music code so i dont know about it but i still recommend this. Real fun to play with somebody else.
Summary: If you like the classic Mortal Kombat games then this game is up your alley. The story is kinda weird, but the roster and stages are neat. In this version you can get all DLC for the regular version automatically. This includes the 4 DLC characters: Freddy Kruger, Scarlett, Kenshi, and Rain. If you and your friends feel like beating each other into a bloody pulp, this game is for you.
