Summary: I love that it's not serious at all! While I do love my more serious zombie or monster slaying games this one is a hoot. I particularly like the challenge levels when not in story mode. This was a good addition to my ps3 games!
Summary: This game is fun for me and my teenage boys to play together. More of an advanced arcade type game, Monster Madness is chock full of good, old fashion, kill everything in sight action. On the negative side, there is a smidgen of poor language choices, which we discuss and ignore. I wish game designers realized it doesn't really enhance the game to include foul language.
Summary: I tried the demo of this game, and fell in love with it. I bought it for a great price (10 dollars plus shipping). It has a fun, classic feel to the game play, and even though it may be more "kiddie-centric", it really has some gameplay value for older players (I'm 35!). On top of that, it has 4 player simultaneous mode! Too many games nowadays are lacking this type of feature. For parents, it's a great game to play with the kids.
Summary: This game reminds me of a game I used to have a few years ago - I think it was called "Zombies Ate My Neighbors". I've only played the demo version, but I intend to buy the full game in a few days - I liked it a lot. Its not very hard - you just wander around and kill zombies that get progressively more imaginative and harder to kill. It's a good thing to play when you have some energy and don't want to think too much.
Summary: This game is pretty fun. If you like zombie movies, then you'll probably enjoy this game on some level. It's not a scary Resident Evil style game, but it fills all your horror cravings for the PS3 in a more lighthearted sort of way. The PS3, quite frankly, doesn't have very many good games out yet, so I would say that this is one of the most fun ones that I've played so far. You also can't beat the low price.
Summary: Monster Madness is a comic hack n slash. If you've ever played Zombies Ate My Neighbours by Konami, you'll feel right at home - the only difference is that instead of saving neighbours, you'll just be fighting off hordes of scary creatures b-movie style. The games very light hearted and ideal for a quick pick up and play but don't expect it keep you entertaine for hours. The 4 player co-op mode works very well though so you can have extra laughs with that.
