Summary: A good racing game for the PS3. Just like every kart racing game, it's fun. But the best part of this game is the creation mode. You can create your character, vehicle, and track however you want to in so many different ways. It's what makes this game better than any other racing game. And also the ability to download other people's creation is fun, and there are alot of great creations out there.
Summary: I'll start off this review with the only heavy deterrent this game has : the loading times are ridiculously long. The graphics aren't that fancy, it shouldn't take that long... but now that the considerably clumsy elephant's stumbled out the window, we can focus on the good stuff this game has to offer. The racing itself feels very fast-paced. Whether it's boosting over speed-up pads or drifting, the driving feels so alive.
Summary: This game at first is fun, but after awhile you just do the same thing. You beat a level go to the next one. Its one of those games when you play it time to time. One thing I thought I would like was the Track maker, but its really chessy, and the level or stage they give you is so small and skinny.
Summary: If "Mario Kart" and "Little Big Planet" got married and had kids, the product would be MODNATION. My son immediately found the interactive menus visually appealing. He finds the infinite options in customization very fun. As a parent I found our two-player sessions enjoyable. All in all graphics and gameplay get our thumbs up. We have not tried on-line play yet.
Summary: This game is really fun. It's similar to Mario Cart in the sense that you have cute characters in small karts that you are racing with the use of weapons. Where it differs is the customization factor. It makes you proud to have a car that you put time and effort into making and then race against people around the world. The only complaint I have is the amount of time you are looking at loading screens.
Summary: Racing games have been around almost as long as video gaming itself. From Mario Kart, to Need For Speed, Burnout, and Gran Turismo, there are a lot of titles. Sometimes a racing game will come along and attempt to change the formula. This is where Modnation Racers comes in. Blending Mario Kart's hectic weapon based racing with Littlebigplanet like customization, and it makes for a fun experience. You step into the racing shoes of Tag.
Summary: lots of fun and neverending the single player career its great but the multiplayer experience it's the best part, i have almost a year with it and still play it, new tracks and challenges everyday
Summary: Infinite amount of customizing.Lot's of fun racing tracks in the campaign, especially the drifting track. The track editor lets you make a fun track quickly, but has tons of expert tools to make a amazing pro track. The kart and character customization is awesome. You can combine to kart stickers so u can get the best of 2 karts together.
