Summary: The modding in this game is a lot of fun, but that's the only thing good about the game. Though it tries to be like Mario Kart, the racing itself falls rather short. Too much in this game depends on luck rather than actual skills. Also I've had a really hard time getting enough people together for an online game and on the few occasions that I have managed to, it's always only been the bare minimum of four players.
Summary: If you're buying this game to play online, don't waste your money. At least 4/5 people have connection issues with this game that ranges anywhere from random disconnections to being almost completely unable to log-in. I've been playing games like MW3, NUNS2, MVC3, and a bunch of other online games and never had any issues. No disconnections and I rarely lag.
Summary: I baught this game to play with my brother and family in another state. Online connection is great but as for game play it looked fun untill I found out 99% of the raceing is just skidding in a circle. massivky boreing and if you choose not to skid 99% of the time consider yourself last place every race. no skills no talent game I am verry dissapointed in tradeing in my Zelda game to get this one lol.
Summary: most stupid thing ever after second race i quit it was so boring mario kart so much better mod nation racers rip off of mario kart anyway dont recoomend for anyone unless you want waste your money
Incredibly cheap AI makes for frustrating experience

Summary: Forget Mario Kart's ridiculous AI. This one takes the cake. The AI is relentless in making sure that you do not win the races or complete the challenges. AI gangs up on you, only you. Rarely will you see CPU opponents attacking one another. A common thing you will see is getting close to the end of the race where you have complete in-race challenges, only to be obliterated by CPU player after CPU player and plummeting to last place. CPU karts are faster than yours.
Summary: Ok compared to little big planet MNR is terrible. They give the main center a look a lot like playstation home. No free roam is given. You cant make free roam races in the game. The instructions were made to where the game seems like it should be for an 18 year old. You cant invite friends into your game you have to randomly join people. Basically all together there is no free roam no freedom to do what you want. Its nothing like lbp as some say it is.
Summary: Right off the bat, I'll make the obvious comparison to LittleBigPlanet. This is a kart racer with a huge focus on kart, character, and track creation. Unfortunately, quite a few things hold this game back from good, or even fun. Firstly, the controls are god awful. Even worse is the fact that you cannot change the controls at all. You're stuck using the R2 button as your acceleration. That being said, the karts themselves handle fairly well.
Summary: LAG,LOADING,LAG,LOADING,LAG, if you like long load time mind numbing lag and having to hear the chat of some 12 year old kid about his new harry potter mod then this is your game , its sad to say but this game could have been alot better , no kidding it loads every screen online play is laggy and slow " i have a fast wifi and still have to wait 3 mins a screen save your self a heartbreak and dont get this game , if your thinking its great 4 kids its not i dont know too...
