Summary: i can't stand this game. it seems as if everything is fixed. i go up one nothing, then the next inning my second basemen committs an error and then they get a hit and score a run. getting hits is impossible, the outfielders track everything down, computer batters foul off 7-8 pitches in a row before they get walked or get a base hit.
Summary: the following is still a HUGE disappointment: fielding (locked camera, you don't know when to dive even with the stupid "shadow," the point system for RTTS is still awful, RTTS is awful altogether (after a few days of playing, you will know what I mean), long load screens, I have to tweak settings far too much to compensate with the components for swinging.
Summary: Very minimal change from 2009 to 2012. First upgrade in 3 years, and I find that the only thing that is different is the speed of the ball of the bat and the names on the rosters. The game is a great baseball game, but value wise, there is little difference between the recent editions.
Summary: It's ok, not the best game i have ever played. You need an HD T.V. and you need to be a gamer who can enjoy a long game with not that much intense in it. Some people disagree with me, but I am switching to MLB 2K12.
