Summary: The last Show that I had was '08 for the ps2 and there is honestly very little different between the two. Obviously the graphics on the ps3 are impressive with almost any game but much of the audio is exactly the same. The soundtrack is not as good as previous years but it serves the purpose of background noise between games. The Franchise mode has been simplified so that the most causal gamers should be able to grasp the offseason rules and drafts.
Summary: I started playing the game straight for a week. At first, the controls were a bit difficult to learn but after playing it a while it got comfortable. I love the "Road to the Show" campaign. It allows you to feel like a real ball player working your way through the leagues; it may take some time to make progress though. Overall it is one of a kind game compared to other version of baseball I owned. The graphics is very good; could see the dirt kicked up from your shoes.
