A great game

Summary: Really entertaining game, even if it sometimes feels more like a movie with gameplay added. Some very realistic scifi and sociopolitical commentary with a cold war perspective, intermingling with over-the-top cyborg ninja absurdity make for a great game. Very fun and often surprisingly thoughtful.
Summary: I loved this game. It is nothing like the other metal gear games. It is all about the combat and it is awesome. It was a difficult game to get used to, especially parrying. Once you have that down the game gets much easier. If you want a very entertaining game with a good story and fantastic cinematics this is a great choice.
Summary: I never thought I'd say this about a game starring Raiden, but it is AWESOME. They turned him into the character he always needed to be. In MGS2, I didn't buy that he was just some traumatized child soldier looking for a normal life. This game had it come out in a believable way. And the gameplay, well, the camera can fight you sometimes, but it's not as bad as I'm probably making it sound.
Summary: The game is not as bad as people make it out to be, its a fun hack and slash with some fairly good plot points, we even get to see the return of Sunny from MGS4, this game shouldnt be compared to the stealth mgs games as its not supposed to be played as such, that said its fun as hell and you get to lesrn more about Raiden and catch up with an old friend.
Summary: This is the best action game that Platinum games has made, and that alone should warrant a purchase. The campaign is in my opinion a perfect length, long enough for a satisfying first playthrough and short enough to warrant multiple replays. The controls are phenomenal; the blade mode and parry system are so much fun to use.
