Miss the old Max, but this new one was definitely welcomed.

Summary: Maybe I didn't like this game as much as I thought I would because being a big Max Payne fan, this one definitely felt different than the first two. Graphics are superb, I was actually very very impressed with the graphics here. While the game is still a hell of a lot of fun, I just miss the old Max Payne. Oh, and if you're one of those people who for whatever reason doesn't like cutscenes well you're going to hate this game.
Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed the single player experience of this game. I can't comment on the multiplayer because I never tried it. While I enjoyed the game, I didn't put in the work to earn the rewards through the challenges after my first play through. While I had fun playing it, this game was a one and done.
Summary: This game is incredible but I will admit it is not for the slow reflexed or a newcomer to fps games (unless you just play on easy), the game will test you. There will be times where enemies will try and flank you and run around your cover and shoot you, you also die pretty fast (I'd say no more than 5 shots to kill on average) and there will be times where you will want to curse..
Summary: The mechanics are pretty much the same as in past Max Payne games, but the tone it's very different. The story is ok, but forgettable. In the end, it's a good action/shooter game, but nothing more.
Summary: Having played MP 1 & 2, I praise Rockstar for not doing to much changes to its gameplay. Same old pill poppin, slow mo killin action going on with a hell of a story and dialogue! Games that has been perfected long ago doesnt need much change. Changing it too much might kill the game instead! Thumbs Up for this.
Summary: I never really played any of the other Max Payne titles but I really should. This game is hard as hell. But it sometimes gets annoying cause Max moves so slow. But I love the realism. I hardly ever really use the bullet time and slow mo. Most of the time I forget that's its even apart of the game. But Max's depression and destruction do become played out at times. Its like "really dude? Get over it.
