Summary: The title of my review pretty much sums it up for "Max Payne 3".The only two good chapters that you play through, are chapter #4 "Anyone Can Buy Me A Drink" and chapter #8 "Ain't No Reprievement Gonna Be Found".In these two chapters,Max along with an old police buddy named Raul Passos, has to shoot their way through a bunch of mobsters, when a bounty is put on Max and Raul's head, after Max kills the son of a New Jersey crime lord, named Anthony DeMarco. The rest of the...
It felt too long and long is usually a good thing.

Summary: I couldnt wait to finish this game. Some of the action is really good and at times the story is cool especially the Brazil parts which are most of the game. The parts of the game that takes place back in the US are boring and pointless to me, and some of the parts in Brazil drag on too long. It doesnt make much sense of why he is obligated to help this family even though he works for them. But I do want that hawaiian shirt.
Horrible controls, endless cheap deaths ruin an otherwise good game and story

Summary: I've been a big fan of Max Payne 1&2 on the PC, so I figured I'd finally give the 3rd one a try, got it cheaper at the time for PS3. It's with great disappointment I write this review, and I don't write reviews often but I simply couldn't let this one go. If you like endless cheap deaths-due in large part to SLUGGISH, unresponsive controls, have they got a game for you.
Wait til it costs $20, its a very annoying game with glitches

Summary: This game sucks. There is no health regeneration, forcing you to replay missions 20+ times. Im down for no health regeneration if there is occasional health packets through out the mission. There rarely is. And when you get a bunch saved up, you lose em all trying to beat something thats damn near impossible.
Summary: It was only three chapters in when the game froze during a cut scene and began a high pitched scream for about 30 seconds and then went on like normal. Every cut scene the game decided I didn't want to be holding the weapon I was holding and replaced it with a pistol. Why on earth would I drop a shotgun full of ammo for a pistol with half a clip? Who knows? This isn't the worst game I've ever played and the cut scenes can be enjoyable when they don't look like crap.
