Summary: Great price on the game, same ol' mass effect which is a good thing, EA hasn't ruined that completely yet. Four stars because all the DLC is still expensive so you still end up paying quite a bit ($50+ for the storyline dlc).
Summary: There's an undeniably epic sprawl to the game - from its large cast of characters to its galaxy-saving plot. And with various side missions and quests, the game was an immense 70-hour experience.
Summary: I'm not going to address any of the controversy about the game, story, or ending, and this review is based on the original release of the game (without the "extended ending that got added later).
Summary: Do not Listen to all these negative reviews. This review is non-biased and i from a true opinion not some whiny fan boy's opinion. First of all of this day one DLC stuff is pointless. Anyone who got mass effect 3 special edition got this free.
Summary: I know that people have complained and will complain until the end of time that the ending sucked. However, I'm not going to let the last 10 minutes or so of a game erase the enjoyment I had playing this game.
Summary: I liked ME2 better for some reason, but I don't think I gave this game a complete chance. I was able to go through and actually beat it, but I hear there are 8 endings. Normally I would go through to try and do each one, but I wasn't motivated to do so for some reason.
Enjoyed Immensely - tough to go back to linear games

Summary: My intro to this series was playing a demo download version of this before it came out, which prompted me to buy Mass Effect 2 to play. ME2 was great, and it was long b/c of long loading time when restarting after getting killed, as well as mining all planets for minerals.
Summary: I have played the complete series and it is really one of the greatest seies I have ever played. The game play is as in the previous Mass Effect games (which you can never get enough of) with a lot of new powers, weapons and choices.
