Summary: The game is very addicting but also very difficult at the same time. I can't seem to win any games though. I figured I would get better after a few games but I can't seem to hit the ball very well. I have only hit a couple homeruns after playing at least 10 full games and using the best teams (to include the golden and silver era). I can't see how I lose to the worst team when I play as the all-star teams and so forth. I can pitch fairly decent but can't hit worth crap.
Summary: The controls is different from another MLB game; although, after time it kind of gets used to. The graphics are not up to date, but they are good. Overall this is a good game and I'm not sure I would recommend it.
Summary: None of the players look like they did in 2009, or ever for that matter. And the best game I've been able to play, I lost 3-0. They make you play on Pro or better for any progress, it isn't that I am bad at the game, it's just really really unrealistic. They successfully make catches 100% of the time on the ones that a real player would fail at 100% of the time, I find myself thinking "If this could really happen, then every player would qualify for Hall of Fame".
Summary: I've been playing just under a week and the improvements are easily noticeable. First off the frame rate is vastly improved. Last year I played 2K8 for all of 20 mins and could take no more. The graphics are also better than last year but I thought the graphics in 2K7 were just as impressive. I'm still getting used to the gameplay mechanics but I welcome the challenge.
