Summary: I just bought a PS3 and wanted a baseball game. My favorite team is the Yankees and this is the only game out with a Yankee player on the cover. The gameplay is not as advanced as say MLB 2K11 but I still enjoy it during baseball season.
Summary: This game is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst Major League Baseball game ever!!!!!!! MLB 07 The Show is a whole lot better because it's the show. Don't buy this game it's the WORST BASEBALL GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get the show.
Summary: i love baseball i play it and when im done with school and baseball for the day i play basball games sometimes i have mlb 10 the show and it is 20 no 10000000000000000000000000000000000000 times better than this cruddy game i mean how do you swing not like the show or other 2k games and the instruction manuel dosnt even tell u. this game sucks dont get it!
Summary: This is a rather good sports game. The graphic quality is very life like when played on the ps3. Has all the great teams on it. I am a fan of sports games on consoles and this game is very good. Its a good price right now. It is a older release and gives you a idea of how good the graphic processing stuff is on the ps3. This game here really puts the ps3 to a test, Including taking advantage of the sixaxis movement stuff.
Summary: So..... I rented this game. I am glad I did. If you are considering buying this game, I STRONGLY recommend renting it first. Perhaps I'll be wrong and you'll love it.. but if you don't like it you saved yourself a ton of cash. First, the good: The game looks great. It takes advantage of the ps3 hardware and really make it feel alive. I had someone replacing the tile walk by a few times, and he didn't notice it was a game until the 3rd time he walked by.
Summary: This game can be a little frustrating at first, BUT once you get the hang of it, it is very fun, ecspecially when playing a season. The graphics are pretty damn good and controls seem to be enjoyable and cooperative as long as you're not using the "six axis" form of batting. Fielding is pretty fun once you get the hang of it and batting is pretty simple.
