Summary: This is an okay baseball game and is kind of difficulty if you haven't played any of 2K baseball games before. I still don't like the pitching part of the game, but once you get used to the game it might come along. I like the My Player feature, but if your going for trophies, let me warn you that it'll be time confusing. The graphics of the game was a step up from 2K10 game and for what I've played there isn't as much glitches as 2K10.
Summary: Overall this is a fun game, however the game I have freezes on both PS3 systems I have. One system is the first gen PS3, and I have the very latest top loader as well. The game generally freezes during an action sequence most notably catching in the outfield.
Summary: Although I found MLB 2K10 a great game - 2K11 is just more of the same. Here is my wish-list for the next version(s): 1) Rain outs/Rain delays/Weather during play 2) Make-up double headers 3) Realistic errors (most of the errors were passed balls - let's have some true fielding errors). 4) LESS LINE DRIVE OUTS TO THE PITCHER AND INFIELD. This has been unrealistic and annoying.
Summary: I've been a die hard mlb the show buyer for many years...Although it's a great game, I grew a little tired of it. Each year seems to be a $60 roster update w/ a few bug fixes to the game. So I decided to try 2k11 this year. The presentation and commentary are brilliant. Much better than the show in my opinion. The graphics and animations aren't quite as slick as the show, but they are still ok. Overall the game is extremely fun...except for one major issue...
