Summary: I buy Madden because I enjoy (or did enjoy) Franchise Mode. Madden 25's "Connected Franchise" is tolerable, but it gets more wrong than right. Menus: Everything looks wonderful, but menu performance is abysmal. Besides the 2 - 3 second delay between tabs (yes, it gets extremely annoying) things are too spread out to be functional. Just because I enjoy building a franchise doesn't mean I want to spend most of my time in the menus.
Summary: I got this game off a Kindle special promotion and paid $5 for it! I wan't going to purchase this game, but for $5, I couldn't go wrong. The last copy of Madden I owned is Madden 12, so there may be some features in this version that I missed out on as I never played Madden 13. EA normally gives you a roster update and brings back some old features, so there's not much difference here. There's also better graphics which is to be expected.
Summary: First of all the online play is so laggy that it hurts to play. Then when I try to play offline like on connected careers the IA defense is ridiculously unrealistic. Between the D already knowing and jumping the routes and then them jumping 10ft sideways for an INT. And it doesn't even matter if I put it on Rookie or All-Madden. But other than that everything else is pretty cool.
Minor Improvements still has flaws found in previous editions

Summary: While some tweaks made this madden more enjoyable such as the new precision modifier for offensive players and the precision passing for QBs. The biggest issue with Madden 13 was the absence of franchise mode and due to the uproar of this infraction EA put alot of effort into bringing franchise back although it is still not what the masses hoped for. There is still to much focus on the Player/coach/owner and not on just playing football games.
Summary: Not that there is a lot they could've done on a already successful franchise. Some of the graphics seem rushed and really un-needed. But it's more of the same so if you like the franchise you'll like this game.
Summary: I bought Madden NFL 25 Anniversary Edition specifically for the NFL Ticket Stream as I don't play video games. I gave the game to my son and he has enjoyed playing it but I can't comment more than that on the game itself. As for the DirecTV Streaming, it is better than not being able to watch my team at all but completely sub-par! Week 1-Technical Difficulties all day.
Summary: Game freezes at the loading screen, don't buy it! My experience with Madden 25: I pick teams, the game starts loading then abruptly freezes. Based on research it's a wide spread problem with the game not any physical defects to the disc. EA sports will tell you that they are working on the problem. More likely they are laughing their way to the bank as people spend their hard earned dollars on a flawed product. Again, do not buy this game!
Summary: So far I have yet to see an accurate review of this game. As the gameplay has been improved many aspects have been minimized. Such as catching mechanics in this game...it is almost impossible to user catch in the game especially on vertical routes. Receivers tend to drop passes 50% of the time and the defense seems to always know the right time to hit stick the ball out of the receivers hands at just the right time.
