Summary: I didn't have problems with glitches or lags it was online gamplay. Don't play this game I threw mine in the trash. Too many interceptions running game fumbles returning kickoffs u never get beyond 20 yard line
Summary: I brought this game a month ago, the design and feature looks good, but bad developing. the example i have is, when i play online head on head when i want to hit the field to win game, it never showed me option to hit the goal and it is nearer 20 yard line 6 second left. what should i do?.
Summary: I'm a Madden Football fan from waaay back, over the course of various systems and had high hopes for Madden 13 even after having read all the "no Franchise mode" reviews. I loved Franchise mode and figured the new gameplay would just take some getting used to.
Summary: Madden 13 seems to be geared mostly for online play...people who play with 2 controllers head to head have no fun options. This game also lacks fun features older Maddens had like training camp.
Summary: A solid 4 out of 10. Most of EA's efforts were in the social gaming aspects, and it shows. It's a good game to play against friends online with the pre-existing teams, the comic value is priceless (a lot of 'I didn't know a neck could bend that way, without the guy being paralyzed' moments)..
Summary: Another classic case of EA Sports trying to out think the room. Don't fix what's not broken guys! Sheesh. The game is a step up in terms of graphics and fluid game play. But it took an awful, boneheaded step backwards when they decided to axe the franchise mode.
Summary: The physics engine is really good. The game play feels much more fluid. It is not perfect but it is so much better than previous versions of Madden using this generations hardware. That said there are some major features missing or moved. No fantasy draft. No co-op play in offline career mode.
Summary: The new physics engine is laughably bad at times and it's the only new feature to this game, the rest is a fresh coat of paint or a reorganized menu system. I been buying madden religiously since 2003 and it's the first time I honestly feel ripped off.
Summary: Okay, so if you play this game by yourself online, and that's ALL you do, then you might not agree with this review... ...however, if you are like me, I primarily play offline franchise mode, so drastically changing this feature is a risky gamble for EA when it comes to gamers like myself.
