Summary: TOO SIMILAR TO MADDEN 10. This is review for first time madden owners. this game is great for guys without madden 10. Great graphics, good gameplay, poor commentary though. If you have madden 10, dont buy.
Summary: I've played just about every Madden football game since about 1997 (and a few before that, too), and I've always had a love-hate relationship with the game. I love playing in franchise mode and building my own team over time, which is why I gravitated to NFL 2K and 2K1 before EA got the exclusive...
Summary: A Simpler, Quicker and Deeper Madden - NOT FOR ME From 350 Plays Down to 1 - The new Game-Flow Play-call System is more annoying than helpful. The plays that are called seem to be very repetitive. The actual On Screen and Voice Play-Calling are extremely annoying, more distracting than anything.
Summary: This review was created a few hours after I got Madden 11 for the sake of getting crucial info out to consumers as quickly as possible. It will be edited and maintained as the game changes and more information becomes clear as I increase my familiarity with the product.
Summary: A few years ago you could choose from several publishers of NFL licensed games. Then EA signed an exclusive deal with the NFL and now no other publisher can make a licensed NFL game. This is called a monopoly and has resulted in very little innovation year after year.
Summary: Madden 11 is still a good, authentic football game, however, it is just another version of Madden 10. If you have been playing this series for a while, then Madden 11 is not much of an improvement. The new gameflow system is, to me, just an enhanced version of the "Ask Madden" option.
Summary: I gave up on Madden after the 2008 version because they were all the same year after year. Why spend $65 on a game that is exactly the same as the one you already have? The only difference was the updated rosters.... Well I decided to give Madden one last try this year with 2011.
Summary: I've been playing madden a long time and a lot of the changes they made this year were geared towards people that are just starting to play the game. The new play calling feature, "gamegflow" is cool if you don't know much about football, but its nice that you can change it back to conventional...
Summary: I'm really conflicted about this game. There are so many things it does right, but it screws the pooch with so many glitches. First off, everyone who claims it's just a roster update from Madden 10 is wrong.
