Summary: ok. so we all know the best football game of all time is nfl 2k5 right? and people are always complaining about how itll never be that goo? well, their right, but madden 10 is second next to that. the new tackling and fight for the fumble is a very nice addition. the updated teams and players add to the mix but are not as new as 11. i will never, i repeat NEVER like the commentators. they sound drunk and i just wish they would shut up.
Summary: Love this version of the game! It's a game I've owned on and off, and most recently considered buying it again for $15. It's a solid step in improving the game over 09, which was quite profound in it's approach also. I bet it's hard trying to change, yet keep the core element the same regarding this title each year.
Summary: This is a good game if you want to play NFL football. If you've ever played Madden before, then you know how the gameplay is. The game hasn't made any vast improvements for about 5 years. The graphics are okay, the players look pretty good, but could Madden please update how the fans look? Sometimes you'll see fans on the game that were made for a 32-bit system. Also, the grass could look a lot better.
Summary: The previous versions of Madden lacked that little something that Madden 10 now has. They call it the ProTak but I think it also has to do with the reduced speed. The only problem with it is that you have to learn a lot of routes and strategies but that comes with the actual game and not the PS3 rendering. It's not a game a beginner can have fun with. The game is very good. I especially like the virtual trainer.
Summary: Just a solid football game. Tons of mini-games and alternate modes to keep you busy. If you haven't bought Madden in a while then this will definitely provide some fresh football action, but otherwise it's not that big of a leap from Madden 2008 or 2009. Honestly, how different can you make a football game, year to year? I hadn't bought a new Madden since 2005, so this game definitely felt "newer" to me than it might to others. But you can't go wrong in buying this game.
Summary: Possitive: First of all, Frachise mode is awesome. The Stats are mostly right, and the gameplay is pretty good. They have added some cool new features such as the "Extra Point" the new weekly recap show in Franchise Mode. Also alot of new graphics have been added such as being able to see fans buying mercandise, tailgating, and cheering. Also If there is a questionable first down the "Chain Gang" will come out to measure. The Start Menu is quick and easy to understand.
Summary: Do something, do anything. For three years, the Madden franchise has been painfully stagnant. Probably four, but Madden '06 was the first Madden game I had played since 2002. That's not to say I didn't try the other Maddens. They were tremendously inferior products to the 2K Games that Sega was pumping out and it only took a few games to see why.
Summary: Madden NFL 10 is leaps and bounds better than 09, with great strides in gaming capabilities, playmaking, and overall gameplay. Unfortunately, you're going to find yourself growing more and more frustrated as your seasons progress, because the game freezes often. There have been quite a few updates to the game, but none of them have stopped the freezing from happening. so I don't know what EA's problem is.
Summary: This is a decent Madden not the best but it is ok i love the pregame you can see people tailgating and everything.I also like the the faces this year they are starting to look more like the actual player.Ok here goes the bad. I really don't like how easy the computer is they are so easy to beat its just ridiculous.I truely hate how slow the ball leaves the quarterback's hands its so easy to jump the pass and take a pick back to the house.
Summary: While previous editions tried to add tacky concepts such as QB vision, this edition seems to focus much more on realism. The game feels a lot less "arcade" like and far more like a real football game. Gone it seems are the days of running around with your QB and throwing the 100 yard TD pass. Also the controls feel better and more intuitive to use. This edition also seems to downplay the "hit stick" and focus more on technique.
