Excerpt: My husband and I purchased this as a gift for our 4 year old from his new baby sister. While there are a few parts that he needs help with, he has had a fantastic time playing the game. Our only problem is that we didn't get the split screen version.
Summary: This is a game which is fun for everyone and has stacks of content. To 100% it you will have to play for at least 25 hours and you will enjoy every hour you play. Yes 12 year olds wont like it because its not super violent, but the game is fun and funny and a great Christmas or birthday present to anyone
Summary: This game would be great if i played it when it first came out! My problem is that the first Lego game I played was Lego Batman 2, which spoiled me. It had split screen, easier character switching, and voice acting. I played Lego Star Wars expecting the same great game play, just without the voice acting. Boy was I wrong! No split screen and not much freedom of movement means one player or the other is going to be pulling the other one around.
Summary: I'm a college student that is about to move into an apartment with my boyfriend, who just got a PS3, and I am VERY excited to play this game with him! I use to play it with my brother and cousins all the time, and thoroughly enjoyed beating them with my lightsaver when they least expected it, and watching as their Lego limbs exploded and fell to the ground at my hand. I can't wait to do this to my boyfriend. Everything is falling into place excellently.
Summary: I'm in my 30's, a fan of Star Wars (the original trilogy only) and I thoroughly enjoyed playing this Lego "kids" game. Easy enough for a novice gamer like myself to figure out but with just the right amount of difficulty to keep me playing. Find it simple enough to just pick it up and play for ten minutes or two hours, until my eyes are dry and sore from lack of blinking.
Summary: This game is huge hit in my house. I have a 5 year old son who is just getting into Star Wars and video games. This is right up his alley. The game makes itself less challenging for kids automatically. It detects how "good" you are, and auto adjusts. It follows the movies very well. It's fun to see characters come to life from the big screen. Fun for adults too! Highly recommend.
Summary: This was the first game of LEGO series I got. It´s really, really fun, hours on end of fun, and it´s not a game only for kids, for hardcore gamers, the quest to achieve 100% of the game is quite challenging.
