Summary: So not happy with this game. We have been avid Lego game fans for a while but this one is such a pain that it has been gathering dust for months. The world is too wide open that it takes forever to find stuff or remember where you have already been. Glitches PLAGUE this game.
There is a great game buried under serious usability problems

Summary: Lego Marvel Superheroes represents a great step backward from Lego Batman 2. The flight mechanics are hilariously counter-intuitive. My 6-year-old could fly all over Gotham City, but with this game the number of frustrated "Daddy, can you just do it"s is staggering.
Summary: This game can be a lot of fun, and has loads of characters to earn, unlock, and play as. I play with my five year old and three year old son. The only problem with this game (for PS3) is that it is quite ga-ga-ga-glitchy.
Summary: This game feels like a step back in quality from the previous Lego games. It takes forever to load, you can't skip past the videos in free play and worst of all, it constantly freezes. Most if the freeze points will resolve if we restart the PS3, except of course in the story mode of the last level.
Summary: I have each and every Lego game mostly for the PS3 but some on xbox 360. My wife and I love the co-op game play and the comedy bits they throw in. The rest of this game, along with all the others are filled with glitches and problems, 30mins into the game there is a part where you must deflect beams...
Summary: I'm a HUGE marvel fan and I really wanted to love this game, it started out so well and suddenly as I was playing the game froze, had to restart my whole system because of this. Then while in the middle of a boss fight, the game wouldn't allow the fight to progress.
Summary: The game is great fun when it works but unfortunately it suffers from far too many bugs. Our version freezes on a couple of levels consistently and you cant complete it. Looking at the forums there are a lot of people with the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone as a purchase.
Great fan service but compromised by glitches, etc.

Summary: I bought this for my son and I to play together. The positives are some terrific fan service to the Marvel universe, which is handled in a witty and endearing way with Lego characters that look almost real.
