Summary: I bought this for my brother who is a huge karaoke party fan. He liked the game but said it doesn't offer the same kind of activities for parties as Singstar. Singstar also has a huge library of online songs to download to your PS3.
Summary: Its a pretty fun game and my wife loves it and would have given this a 5 star review. The song choices are a little more limited than I would have liked and there isn't the option to download additional material.
Summary: I used to play the PlayStation 2 game Karaoke Revolution. It was perfect, it mixed popular songs of today with the greatest hits of the past. It had solos, duets, and medleys. The one feature it had, my favorite feature, that is not available in the new game for PS3 is the one where you could sing...
Summary: I am a big fan of the Karaoke Revolution series. However, this one doesn't offer much new material. I just got the game the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The song selection is varied, which can be either a plus or negative.
Summary: It's an okay game, you just get bored with it really quick. There is not much of a song choice because they want you to buy the good ones. Overall it's okay if you don't get bored with it too fast.
Summary: This game got mediocre reviews and I understand why. With that being said, if you have a PS3/Wii/XBox 360, and lots of friends who like to sing, and have said friends at your house for a party, this will entertain all night long.
Summary: Pros--the game is fun. Cons-- The amount of static in almost every song. The cost of downloads-- $1.50 for a song is waaaay too much, we should be able to pick out 10 songs for $5. Anything more than that and they can keep their downloads.
