Summary: Did you ever wish to have Rambo in a (good) videogame ? Well thanks to Just Cause 2 you wish is granted. The map is huge, diverse and good looking ,without any loading time; so we have a pretty cool sandbox, but what really makes the game shine is the huge amount of content with things to blow up...
Summary: This is a very fun game. Ride around the different towns in Panau fighting and killing soldiers while collecting loots and ammo. Climb anything with your Zip line shooter which can also be used as a weapon. There are lots of cars and guns not to mention a HUGE playing area.
Summary: It's a nice large scale arena with a very dynamic landscape. I kind of wish the environments were destructible like in Red Faction. Grab a minigun and there is nothing that can freaking stop you. Latching on to vehicles and attaching people to things and each other is fun.
Summary: This game is fun, if not rudimentary. The enemies are pretty stupid and the missions get repetitive. However, there is a large open world and the grappling hook gimmick is cool. If you want a new game to explore for cheap, this is a good buy for $20. But not for more than that price.
Summary: The definition of open world. One of the bigger game's in the genre, the sheer size of the world is amazing, I'm a veteran of these games from GTA, to Sleeping Dogs(I just finished and beat this, great game), and other open worlds like Deus Ex etc, this game finds itself in top company.
Summary: I really liked this game! Good story, good gameplay, great graphics and a lot of freedom in how you wanna go about your stuff. You can drive and fly pretty much anything and tho the jumping on vehicles may not be realistic, it works great in this game.
Summary: Great overkill cinematic action, lots of vehicles lots of missions. Graphics are a bit tame for the power of the console and animations can pop in and out. If you're tired of the go here go there open world games this is not for you.
Summary: I remember when I first played the demo and thought it was amazing. I had planned to buy it day one, but ended up buying other games. Well I now have purchased this game, and like many others have said this game is of its own breed.
