It is okay

Bruiser, Amazon
1 October 2011
  • Summary: I expected this game to be a little better than what it is. I do not like the career mode. I think there should be a free ride mode. The graphics are not as good as other games.

The babes are hot

  • Summary: I was a fan of the original Juiced for the PS2 so was keen to try the sequel. I won't be buying any more because the developer got closed down. Bit of a pity really. Juiced to is more of an updated/restructured version of the original with better graphics to appeal to the then, new gen. Basically this is an arcade Too Fast Too Furious import tuned modding racer sort of thing. There is not much in it though. You start with a couple of test runs then get to buy a car.

Could have been brilliant! Shame about the poor handling!

  • Summary: This game is actually pretty good. I never thought it could match the Need For Speed franchise, but it very nearly nails it with this title. The presentation is similar and theres a lot of features to this game, such as driver customisation, upgradable DNA profiles etc. However despite this, there are a few let downs. I really wish the handling of the cars was more realistic so you can actually drive the car!

Take to the streets

tangoman1..., Ciao

  • Excerpt: Juiced 2 is another of the new genre of racers where turbo charged pink cars are part of the joys of the street race and its unique styles, sounds and looks are all part and parcel of what you should expect. This game allows you to push yourself and your cars to theirs and your limit in order to get to the line first...the prize?
  • Pros: Excellent graphics and sound effects, value for money, brilliant modifications available
  • Cons: Lacks some of the car choice of other racing games out there

Speeds to get to the top of the racing chart!

  • Excerpt: As far as racing games go I am usually not a huge fan. I liked Need For Speed Underground 2 but NFS: Pro Street and NFS: Undercover where both dissapointments and games such as Midnight Club never tempted me. However, I saw Juiced 2 and hoped for something good, it didn't fail. A huge part of all racing games should be customization and true to the genre Juiced 2 contains a lot of opportunities to customize your vehicle with a lot of options.
  • Pros: Good Customization, Smooth gameplay
  • Cons: Little variation with tracks, sometimes too easy

JUICED 2

  • Excerpt: Overall I found this a pretty average game. I did actually enjoy playing it and did get hooked but I think this is due to the fact that I enjoy racing games so much. One thing that I definitely don't approve of is the way that racing games are going, even the Juiced, Need for Speed etc. They are getting too realistic and they have all been taken off the streets.
  • Pros: VAST CHOICE OF CARS; BETTING IN RACES
  • Cons: TOO LIFE - LIKE; REPETITVE

what a mess but a bit enjoyable

Ricky jones "Ricz", amazon.co.uk
23 October 2007
  • Summary: played the demo off the us psn store and boy thq have made a mess of what could have been a great rival to NFS pro street due to the fact this has a arcade feel to it and the graphics are awful mind it is fun to race and lose control of the car while smashing you 40 grand BMW but save a tenner and get the ps2 version i am pretty sure you can have the same amount of fun off the ps2 version, also want a simulator of street racing get pro street want a arcade feel to street...
