Summary: If I hadn't already bought all the other Lego games for my 7yr old I probably wouldn't have bothered with this one but he wants to have the complete set and £12 was a bargain. Don't get me wrong this is still fun and great value for the price and the new features are interesting but I'm not sure there was enough in the Indy films ( especially crystal skull) to warrant a 2nd game. In short not worth full price ( hope they never charged £30 for it) but good for £12.
Excerpt: LEGO Indiana Jones : The adventure continues is the 2009 sequel to the relatively sucessful first title. The game plays out all four of the Indi movies including Kingdom of the cyrstal skull which didn't appear in the first game, as well as a host of new levels. The game is mostly an action and adventure game, although it throws in a good amount of platforming, puzzle solving and vehicle sections.

Wasnt bad but it is the worst lego game that I played

Conclusion: I have lego Indiana Jones 1 (and 2 ofcourse since I am writing this review) lego Batman and lego Harry Potter years 1-4. And in my opinion this game gets the lowest rating of the onces I have. It wasn't bad just very repeative. Each of the 6 stories (3 times crystal skull and 1 story for each of the other movies) have 15 levels. 5 levels which tells the movie, 5 replay levels and 5 best discriped as lego levels.
Conclusion: If you have a choice between this game and the original then I would go for the original. The first game is more true to the films with the lego twists. This versions finds you jumping from play sets to play sets rather then a continuous story mode like in the other Lego games. Levels are short and repetitive. Not really an improvement just a different style of playing.
Excerpt: Idiana Jones in Lego!! this to me seemed like a great idea. it's a reasonable game with a lot of humour and at a glance thats all it seems to offer. After playing this game through though its got quite a lot of plus points that you need to dig up. The controls feel a bit off, they're all relative to the camera angle at the time so for example up would turn the character or vehichle left when the camera is at the bottom of the screen looking up.
Nice just like the first one, but possibly a bit worse.

Summary: Lego Indiana Jones 2 is simply a sequel to the first one, which was a great game! It captured the essence of Indiana Jones as an enjoyable/engaginc piece of work mixed with the humour and innocence of LEGO games -- all with a simple and family-friendly environment and gameplay, in which there were easily tolerable flaws. The second game is another retake on the brand, mostly focused on the 4th movie: The Atomic Fridge... sorry! I meant, Crystal Skull.

Warum ?
