Just like the movie, but a little hard for kids

Amazon Girl "Amazon Shopper", Amazon
23 January 2012
  • Summary: Game looks great, fun at first, but to train and take care of the dragon is a little challanging for a 6 year old. Overall it's still a fun game.

Fairly good game.

pklizardi, Ebay
4 April 2011
  • Summary: The game is decent. You have a few zones you can run around in and the quests are fairly simple. Fights are alright. The only really good thing about this are the bonus games. They are pretty good and keep my little sister occupado for her whole game time. I'm trying to get her off of games like Black Ops and Assassins Creed 3 so it's doing its job pretty well. From my point of view it deserves better than average but not amazing.

How to train your Dragon game

dom_riggs, Ebay
18 March 2011
  • Summary: The graphics and audio arent the greatest...and the tasks and challenges seem a little simple... But this is geared towards children and not adults even tho my husband loves playing this game!! Its actually taking him longer to play then it took him to play Killzone3 All in all its a cute little game that would keep your younger kids (or husbands) entertained!!

  • Summary: The game is excellent for kids. If you are a serious gamer this is not a game for you. I do highly recommend for kids between 6-12. It is a fun adventure they would enjoy.

Great Game!

Brian M. Wyrick, Amazon
20 September 2010
  • Summary: This is a great game overall. Some of the "taking care of your dragon" areas of the game can be a bit complex for younger players, but I've honestly been surprised at how much fun the game is. We haven't been playing it long, but I would have liked to see more story in the game.

Followers of the TV show will love it

marifa, Amazon
28 April 2010
  • Summary: My son, a 10 year-old, loves it, and when tired of playing the game, he turns to designing his own dragons, which is the most creative part of the game: there you can let your imagination fly. I find the rest of the graphics a little bland, and I suspect more sophisticated players may find it repetitive and lose interest, especially if they are not big fans of the TV series
