Summary: I found this game to be pretty entertaining. It takes you through a murder mystery. The game can be slow but regardless of how you are doing the game will progress and depending on how you've completed past decisions and puzzles will determine how the game will end. It has numerous endings that can take place. Very well done game. I have not yet tried it with the move.
Summary: Different change of pace from the average video game. Easy to get wrapped up in the story and spend the entire day completing it from start to end. Some replay value to see how the different endings play out. Llooking forward to the developers next title.
Summary: This game is simply one of the best. Your goal is to sabe you kidnapped son from the Origami killer. During the game you will manage 4 different characters and every decision you take will affect the end of the game. Highly recommended!!
Summary: I haven't finished the game yet, but what I have seen so far has impressed me. Loses one star only because the controls can be a bit complex and I'm a firm believer that the controls should get out of the way rather than be part of the challenge in moving forward in a game.
Summary: The quickest way to describe this game is as an interactive movie. This game needs to have a whole day devoted to playing it all the way through in a single sitting to really get the experience, and that's what this game is, an experience. I could never say it's one of the greatest games ever, because I'm still not sure I played a game. If you own a PS3 this is a MUST HAVE game, one of those that will stand as an argument for games are art.
Summary: I was very skeptical after starting due to the strange control scheme, which uses the joysticks for most environmental interaction. After an hour and a few scenes, I got the controls down and couldn't stop playing. The story sucks you in, the animation is gorgeous, and each playthrough can be wildly different than the last. Sometimes the camera gives some pretty bad angles or the controls don't move in the direction you want, but it's rare or shortlived.
Summary: The first time I played through Heavy Rain, I knew the game was something special. I was just...different. Sure the story was far fetched and it gets even more so as the game progresses, but it was odd in that great way. The studios first game, Indigo Prophecy was fantastic and I expect great things from the French based studio of Quantic Dream with a new title Beyond:Two Souls coming in October. Play Heavy Rain and hopefully this genre will mature even more.
