Summary: The game play is pretty much the same as all the prior games, just with the characters of the band. The major disappointing part about the game is that it lacks more music. For a band that has been around for a while, and have had many albums come out, the selection of music is pretty low.
Summary: This is not a hard Guitar hero if you are here for difficulty dont buy this one. The hardest song on this game you get get it by downloading the demo sad but true. "I DONT MEAN THE SONG SAD BUT TRUE IS ON THIS GAME" : / I buy guitar hero's for difficulty and I was Hoping this would take the cake but...
Summary: I'm a GH/RB fan, and hesitated a little before buying it, once i am no not a VH fan. But it turned to be one excellent game, cos Eddie's solos are really fun to play. Pros: - good price - very fun guitar playing (and drums to a lesser extent) - "space truckin" and "painkiller" kick azz - got to know...
Summary: From the intro of Panama to the end of the blazing hot Eruption Guitar Hero Van Halen is one of the best. The creators of Guitar Hero have picked the absolute best David Lee Roth Van Halen songs.
Great game (for VH fans) but not worth full retail

Summary: I got a great deal on my copy on ebay and love it for that fact. I have been an RockBand fanatic from the get-go and actually bought Guitar Hero: World Tour with very dissappointing results. However, THIS game was something I really wanted to have.
Summary: This guitar hero is a the one that came out after GH5. GH5, in my eyes, were good songs but was not all that difficult to beat. Val Halen has harder songs and makes it a little more challenging, however, that's what makes the game more interesting
Summary: I really like this game, I like just about every song on here. The only thing I think it is missing is songs from the sammy hagar era. There were a lot of songs I liked with sammy hagar on vocals.
