Summary: I bought this on a Sunday 12/16/12,I was skeptical because it stated only available through a third party seller.I always try and stick with sold & shipped by Amazon. I recieved it on 12/19/12 from Las Vegas Nevada Amazon Fullfillment center. It was in a box within a huge box. Whn I oped it to wrap it over this weekend for christmas I was disappointed to see that the outer retail packaging looked very used and old. There were rips on the packaging and the clear plastic...
Summary: I purchased this from auction and wish I would have just bought it new. The stand to the drums was missing, so I had to build one out of PVC piping costing me time and money. The guitar's whammy bar was broken (always on) so that sucks. The game is OK.
Summary: I ordered a PS3 Les Paul wireless guitar hero controller on July 24th 2012. I ended up receiving two xbox 360 controllers and a game about two weeks after my purchase. I sent a nasty-gram to amazon.com about my incorrect order. They were kind about the misunderstanding and had UPS pick up the incorrect order from my house. I then received an email asking for a review of my order.
Summary: this guitar is really bad on PS3, i can get 600,000 points on though the fire and flames 4 stars on a GHWT guitar but i can barley pass it with this one these guitars just plane don't work get a GHWT or GH5 guitar
Summary: I have had this for a few months now... this guitar is just not built to last. This is my 2nd ps3 guitar to start having trouble with reception, the buttons stop working and ruin the game-play. I think that they purposely sell this in two pieces so the connector pieces will eventually break down. I had the slash guitar before this, same problem.
Very unresponsible and barely works in Guitar Hero

Summary: This has to be the most unresponsive guitar controller for Guitar Hero. The first time I played GH with this guitar, I immediately switched to the analog controller (one of the few PS3 GH games that I could use analog controller on) because this controller simply did not work. I was also disappointed that it had such a poor battery life, so I always had to keep changing the batteries. This guitar was included when I bought the GH III and Les Paul guitar bundle.
Summary: Stay away from this guitar. It is a good 3-4 inches smaller than the standard one and is of a much cheaper construction. My yellow button stopped working 2 months after purchasing it. Spend a little more money and buy the original guitar.
Summary: Got this back in Nov 08 and it's unplayable after 6 months of 2x/week play by my girlfriend who plays bass on medium. In contrast I play the offical GHWT guitar on hard and it still plays great. The strum doesn't register all the time so it misses about 5-10% of the notes. When she plays on the official guitar she does 5-10% better (as do I). It's also smaller and flimsier than the GHWT guitar.
