Summary: I wasn't a fan of the movie at all with Ryan Reynolds. Movie was just plain boring and if it wasn't for the awesome Sinestro, I would have walked out of the theater midway. However, I bought the game solely because my kid is a big fan of Green Lantern and we had a lot of fun playing this game together and that is all I ask for when playing games with my kid - that he enjoys it and unlike that abysmal garbage of a movie, this game was actually fun.
Summary: Dedicated and avid reader of the comics of course im gonna buy the game to contribute to my favorite hero! Well im a fan boy so ill keep it honest.... Graphics were cheesy bad animation and over all cheaply made but of course its a movie based game so its gonna suck and its been like that and nothing will ever beat Goldeneye on N64! But if your a fan then buy for the price worth it!
Summary: Going with 4 stars. The game doesn't have an intricate plot (though basic plot exists), but if you like Green Lantern it's plenty of fun. With many attack types, some geared toward specific foes, you can play to your style. There are a few puzzles and almost non-stop action (it's not an RPG). Overall, this was a fun game. The mechanics work well and the graphics are good. Maybe not worth full price but get it used & you'll enjoy it.
Summary: It's OK. A decent movie tie-in game. If you are a die-hard fan of the Green Lantern, you will ove this game. If not, it just feels like a movie tie-in game that the studio farted out hoping to draw in more fanfare dollar. Even at that, the game is much better than the movie was.
