Summary: My entire body hurts, and from what I've been told, that's a good sign. My living room is a little short to stand 8 feet away, but I have adjusted the camera to a workable position. I don't think the motion is perfectly calibrated, but I'm not in it for a high score so I just try to do what Mel does. Its like having a personal trainer but I can pause it in a crisis situation and scream obscenities at her without offending her.
Summary: Item arrived on time and as described. Our local womens workout group got booted from their workout room, so I purchased this for my girlfriend. She uses it daily and says it's a great workout which monitors your progress. Highly recommended.
Summary: i bought this game for my wife and she loved it between this and zumba fitness she said the controllers from get fit with mel b are better the important thing is that you get a good sweat for your price
Summary: I've been a longtime fan of My Fitness Coach and My Fitness Coach II for the Wii. I saw in a walk-in store, but I passed on it because I figured it was too oriented toward dancing and geared more for women. When I saw it here for $6 (and Prime) and read a couple of the reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been doing it for about two months (it's been the one I'm doing most often) and it's actually much better than I figured it would be.
Summary: This is one of only a few work-out discs I've ever used. I like this disc. You have a lot of options - you can create your own work out or have it design one for you. It asks you what your goals are. It will monitor how you are doing and ask you if the work out was just right or too hard/too easy and you can adjust certain exercises. It also lets you tell it what additional exercise equipment you have if any and will incoprate them into your work out.
Summary: I love the different workouts she has. I often get bored with one workout and need to go to something that is working out and having fun and your basic cardio and fitness workouts do not have "fun" to me and so I get bored with them, or see them as a chore, instead of being motivated to do it. Mel B has kickboxing and dance that work well for me and gives me a great workout as well as allowing me to feel like I'm doing more than just working out.
