Summary: I'm a fan of hack-and-slash games, and normally I'm not too picky. But trust me, don't buy this one. This is a lot worse than Genji on PS2. The first one is pretty decent game, but this one on PS3 sucks. Awful camera angle makes it hard to fight or even spot enemies or the place you need to go and you can't control the camera. Movements of the characters are hideously slow. They replaced the Kamui counterkill to some button combo which is not fun to use at all.
Conclusion: As a fan of the original Genji on PS2 i was very dissapointed with this title. The camera angles are teribble & half the time you dont know who your fighting or where your going. Game play & controls are RUBBISH, one of the worst if not the WORST game in my ps3 Library.
Conclusion: i had this game when i bought my ps3 and i have to say its one of the most boring games i have ever played do yourself and favour and save your money and wait for something amazing to come out like mgs4 even though this is at a good price i still would say give this game a miss
Excerpt: "The PS3 has a lot of catching up to do. Its over a year behind the 360, its had lots of negative press about the price and its delays. Well for some reason Sony didnt do that, they did this. Genji Days of the Blade is the sequel to ...
Pros: Its . . . . . . well . . . . . i dont really know .
Cons: bad graphics, bad camera, bad gameplay, bad levels bad bad bad
Conclusion: I played this first on demo and thought well not bad the proper game must be better. How wrong i was, crap graphics even in HD,rubbish plot, rubbish camera angles. This is the worst game i have played in about 5 years. If this is going to be the standard for ps3 i think i will be buying alot more xbox 360 games.Sony what were you thinking of,even at £20 it is too expensive, would have been better giving it away on the front of a gaming magazine as that is all it is...
