Summary: This "game" has a full range of excercises. It uses various techniques and equipment. So to take full advantage of what this game has to offer, you'll need to go shopping if you don't already have the items.
Summary: Have had this game for 2 months. First of all, this is the sequel to My Fitness Coach (the European version of this game is called My Fitness Coach - Club. I'm not sure why they chose a different name for the American version). The workouts are leaps and bounds better than any other fitness game out there and significantly better than the original My Fitness Coach. You will never get bored of the workouts as there are so many and offer lengths from 5 mins to 30+ mins.
Summary: I bought this game today, and found the workouts to be challenging, but for the most part, achievable. It's not as negative as WiiFit (calling you obese if you're not an anorexic Japanese girl, accusing you of wobbling on balance exercises, general negative reinforcement). It will rate the exercises you complete with the PS Move, with bonus points given if you get "Great"s or "Good"s. It's got a great variety of workouts, ranging from 3 minutes to over 30.
Summary: I admit, I came to this game with low expectations, having just played the not-very-strong Wii version of this game. But the very things that made the Wii version so weak are what makes the Playstation version strong: its use of motion controls and its beautiful graphics. There are some similarities to the Wii version.
Summary: You can program this for light stretching to full cardio work out. You tailor your own work out and can rate how you liked the work out after in case you want to repeat. Easy to do before work if you need a quick wake up work out or an after work stress reliever.
Summary: It is a good workout game that has a nice variety of workouts in it and you can download a few more, some of the downloadable ones are free as well. Not all the workouts use the move controller, the rest just use the PS eye allow you to see what you are doing compared to the trainer in the game. This does make sense when you actually see what some of the workouts are doing.
Summary: I am about a month into this Fitness game and I thoroughly recommend it for the beginner who needs additional alterior motivation to endure the grind of working out week in and week out besides exercising in itself. Going through the myriad of exercising disciplines, the game really helps identify specific areas of your body where there's definitely room for growth.
Summary: well I bought this game to work out at home. it's perfect, I do have to pick a few programs to get my full work out, but it's simple and it's the first time I get one of this type of games. I see it can get boring once you do all the different programs but you can get more online.
