Summary: This is only a review of FFX; I hated X-2 when it first came out and couldn't get past the first 30 minutes of the remake. Everything about the original FFX is included in this version and more. The story is obviously amazing and there are some new abilities and items that make the game even more enjoyable. Not much else to say besides that they did a really good job in remaking it. Is it absolutely necessary to buy?
Summary: I wanted to recapture some nostalgia from the past. I remember back in the day when you had to buy a HDD addition to play this game. I'm not a big FF fan to be honest. I've only played 3-4 of them and I only liked FFVII and FFX. Replaying this in HD on a big screen is awesome. Also the bonus of having X-2 is great too, if you're into that.
Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful time replaying this classic. This was the game that made me a gamer more than 10 years ago, and playing it again was such a wonderful bit of nostalgia. The remastered scenes and music were extremely noticeable and looked great on a large, HD screen. We just started replaying X-2 and I find myself completely impressed that it looks like a game that was made very recently.
Summary: Loved Final Fantasy X when it was out on PS2 and was incredibly heartbroken when my game system broke. Graphics improved, game still as fantastic and allows you to use the advance sphere grid system previously unavailable on US versions. Highly recommend for RPG and turn based fighting tactics. X-2 was okay.

Summary: I bought this game knowing what I was getting myself into. Having been a huge fan of the Final Fantasy Series (even through their terrible flops), I have always purchased any re-release of any game I played at hopes of invoking some sort of trip down nostalgia lane. I highly enjoyed the music from X and now with the chance to play the international version as opposed to the crappy US release, it is quite nice. Other than that, it is what it is.
Summary: Sincerely, one of the best video game buys--especially if you're Final Fantasy series fan. I played the original FFX back in 2002, and I loved it. This remake has the following, that makes it so much better for me: - HD quality viewing, where you can really appreciate the new-for-that-age facial expression system - the games are of the international edition, meaning cool little edits here and there - the reliving of an epic story, jammed packed with early 2000's...
