Summary: Not a bad layout, controls are good and all, but it has very little to keep you entertained. Barely able to get through a twenty minute game without getting bored. I very much enjoyed it on iOS, but the game is missing something.
Summary: First of all, let me say that I'm strictly an offline player. I don't like going online and playing against strangers. Either I play solo against the AI in tournament or career mode, or my friends and I play co-op against the AI, again in tournament and career mode. So, having a good playing experience against the AI is foremost for me. I'm not going to get into the details of the new defending and tackling. You'll learn how to do that, as you play more and more.
Summary: Nice graphics, but crappy interface. I dont play online so a good manager mode is a most. In this case they seemed to have gone backwards regarding previous editions. Now the game actually simulates weekdays, so I basically have to wait a couple of minutes in between games. Not to mention the lack of features they charge you for, like creating teams. I mean seriously, I'm paying $60 for a game that essentially doesn't change and its more incomplete as time goes by.
Summary: I've been a FIFA player since Fifa '98 on the N64. I generally like every year's edition, but this is the first year that I've nearly regretted my purchase. Overall, it's still a quality game. It's got all the teams, stadiums, etc. The big thing I like is the introduction of multiple commentary teams. It helps keep the same old soundbites fresher, so it doesn't feel like I'm hearing the same commentary all the time.
Good, but still contains some game-breaking issues

Summary: Update: - I'm changing the overall rating for this game to 3 Stars: The Customization is worse than I thought. After paying for some of the creation center content I found out that the Creation Center is almost unusable. Just search for "error downloading user generated content" for Fifa 12 on Google and you'll see the issues brought up by users. EA basically took payment and did not deliver. - Career/Management mode is broken.
Summary: A good solid football game. Footy games not really my thing but I love coming back to this when I need to. Ticks all the boxes for a fun game. Personally I think there are too many menus and options as I just like to play without all that. But nevertheless a great fotty game with loads of stats, stadiums, players and menus.
Summary: I'll start with the big (and unfortunately limited) positives: As an offline football game, the gameplay is fantastic. Passing, shooting and dribbling are smooth and realistic, love it. The characteristics and strengths of players are mirrored well, and overall control of your 11 players is better than ever. I love the fact that it is harder, as i used to be able to win a season on Legendary, and I'm far from a great FIFA Player.
