Summary: bought for my son and he has spent many hours since enjoying himself on this game , hes happy so were happy but hes not allowed to spend every waking moment on it so appreciates it more when he does go on
Summary: This game is certainly a lot of fun. Having been a fan of the Pro Evolution Soccer series for some time, it was an odd transition for me, but still a good one. The game is quite easy to get to grips with, although there was a lack of 'training' regarding the more advanced controls, but this seems to be the case with most games. I liked the cool fast-paced nature of the game, a nice change from PES.
Excerpt: "Fifa 10 is personally the best football game i own, and until I purchase fifa 11 this has made me impressed. The value of the game is amazing and definitely in my opinion worth the money. If you are on a tight budget and cant afford the newer football games, then I would definetly recommend that you purchase Fifa 10 until you have enough for Fifa 11. The gameplay is very realistic and looks like your watching a match on television. Commentary is great ...
Pros: Great gameplay, Many Game modes, Game Face is available, Very Cheap now
Cons: Scoring and finishing is sometimes unrealistic, connecting to online player takes some time .
Summary: After looking at some of the reviews on here previously I was quite concerned if Fifa 10 would be a good buy but I am happy to say that regradless of those opinions this game is a vast improvement on previous editions of the fifa series. The Manager Mode is much improved and less fiddly to use than previously and you get a lot more feedback from the Board of Directors of the club you are managing.
Excerpt: "...year on year by the FIFA series with recent entries, never moreso than for the 2010 game. Graphically, it's hardily radically different from 09, I've also always thought FIFA games struggled to reproduce the printing of names and numbers and this is no exception, they look odd, simple as that. This is my only issue graphically, it may strike as petty, but FIFA has always been marketed as a true simulation game, so for me, purely and simply it plays ...
Pros: Hugely improved manager mode . Hugely improved player physics, you can dribble in 360 degrees now .
Cons: Not really any new gameplay modes or anything new to play .
Summary: First of all, I think it is important to establish that I used to be a PES man. In fact, I hated Fifa and hated how much everyone rated it as a better football game than PES. But now, I am one of those people.. I played the demo of both games around a year ago, and tried so hard to enjoy PES more than Fifa. But this year, EA Sports have really created a fantastic football game.
Summary: In my opinion the fifa series has been one of the greatest games ever to be released on a gaming system. Every season a new one is released and it has been doing this for many many seasons now. Price When just released you will be looking at paying around £40 for the game but if you wait even a couple of months I think you will be able to find it for £10 or maybe even £15 less which is obviously a significant saving in pricing.
