Summary: The developers say there are over 250 "improvements" in the latest edition of FIFA, but you won't notice even 5. What you will notice are the glitches that make your gaming almost unbearable at times.
Summary: FIFA Soccer 09 - Hours of entertainment on an intense, nearly 100% tactically customizable world of soccer. If you're all about making the gameplay unique, this is the game for you. Some background - I've never been a hardcore sports video game fanatic, but I always enjoy playing them.

Summary: This game is awesome. It's challenging and the graphics are great. The only problem I have is where are the weather effects? Where is the rain and snow? If anyone knows how to do it please post it but I can't figure it out. Other than that the game is fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.
Amazing game, still missing the small points to make it a 5

Summary: FIFA 09 is a vast improvement on 08. The game looks like a real match now due to the physics being improved astronomically. You can do all sorts of beautiful finess shots, heel passes, etc that weren't possible in 08. The celebration is a lot of fun as well.
Summary: FIFA '09 isn't a game of revolution but evolution. Anyone who played FIFA '08 will be right at home with the interface and graphics of the game but discover changes upon diving deeper into the game. The graphics remain largely unchanged from FIFA '08.
Got a few friends that dont own FIFA 08, pick this up so you can play Be a Pro with them.

Excerpt: I recently reviewed FIFA 10, as the best footballing game of this era. I thought it only fair to really state how this was done, how it evolved. Fifa 09 provided the world with a view, a snapshot into the development that became fifa 10.
Summary: You are able to jump straight into this game without any prior knowledge or experience of the EA FIFA titles. In fact, the last FIFA game I played was 'FIFA 1998 - Road To World Cup', on the SEGA Mega Drive I believe!
