Summary: The developers say there are over 250 "improvements" in the latest edition of FIFA, but you won't notice even 5. What you will notice are the glitches that make your gaming almost unbearable at times.
Summary: FIFA Soccer 09 - Hours of entertainment on an intense, nearly 100% tactically customizable world of soccer. If you're all about making the gameplay unique, this is the game for you. Some background - I've never been a hardcore sports video game fanatic, but I always enjoy playing them.
Summary: I last played a FIFA game for myself in 2005, so this one has clearly moved on graphically and in terms of how smart the computer is. I think the best thing is how you can't score easy goals anymore.
Great Game, Lots of fun....but where are the weather effects?

Summary: This game is awesome. It's challenging and the graphics are great. The only problem I have is where are the weather effects? Where is the rain and snow? If anyone knows how to do it please post it but I can't figure it out. Other than that the game is fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.
Summary: FIFA '09 isn't a game of revolution but evolution. Anyone who played FIFA '08 will be right at home with the interface and graphics of the game but discover changes upon diving deeper into the game. The graphics remain largely unchanged from FIFA '08.
Amazing game, still missing the small points to make it a 5

Summary: FIFA 09 is a vast improvement on 08. The game looks like a real match now due to the physics being improved astronomically. You can do all sorts of beautiful finess shots, heel passes, etc that weren't possible in 08. The celebration is a lot of fun as well.
Summary: Good improvement to last edition, fully packed with every think you could want. However the gameplay still lets fifa down. If you want great addictive gamplay go for Pes, if that doesn't bother you and you want a game jam packed with everything else then fifa will do it for you.
Got a few friends that dont own FIFA 08, pick this up so you can play Be a Pro with them.

Excerpt: I get kinda of sick of these football games coming out every year, yet for some reason, i tend to buy them all in the end. FIFA 09 does bring some improvements to the FIFA series, for a start, there is a offline Be a Pro mode that supports multiplayer, FIFA 08 only had offline single player and...
Excerpt: FIFA 09 was released in October 2008 but I bought my copy for £4.14 two weeks ago. I love football games but i've been loyal to Pro Evo for a few years now yet when I saw this on Amazon Marketplace I thought I'd spend a few Dooyoo points. So how does it compare?
