Summary: A good game with plenty to keep you amused. Particularly happy that you can play two player (a rarity for playstation) either together on a team or against each other. Good range of difficulty settings and nice that you can use the motion controller for a Mario kart style game. A little lacking in depth in places, but for a sub £10 investment it's pretty good.
Summary: Kids spent half term glued to this, great multiplayer action that can keep two of them occupied racing against each other. Relatively easy to master, my 7 year old has won at most tracks on the first two levels.
Summary: I like console racing games, with power ups and cartooney graphics, add F1 and you get what you would expect. play career and unlock more levels etc etc. Controls are as you would expect, as are the pick ups and boosts If you are looking for a fun 4 player racer, and not looking for anything new then you'll like this game.
Summary: If you like fun racers like Mario Kart, F1 Race Stars is definitely for you. You can compete with AI or other human drivers on one console, or online on 12 different tracks. It's lovely, and inspired by the real F1 GP tracks. You can use speed boosts and bubbles to get an advantage over the other drivers. The only one thing that bugs me is the low number of tracks. There's only 12 instead of the 20 or so which were present in the real season.
